This Privacy Policy explains how "KLARA", trade craft (hereinafter: "we", "us" or "Seller") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit our website and purchase jewelry. Your privacy is our priority, and we are committed to protecting your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We collect your data only to the extent necessary to achieve the following purposes:

2.1. Performance of Sales Contract (Order)

In order to send you the selected jewelry, we collect:

  • First name and last name, shipping address, billing address, e-mail address, and phone number.
  • Payment information: Payment is made through the Monri Payment Gateway system: we do not collect, process, or store your card details. The entire billing process takes place on the secure servers of the Monri Payment service provider in encrypted form.

2.2. Marketing and Communication (Newsletter)

If you give us your explicit consent (newsletter subscription), we collect your e-mail address.

  • Purpose: Sending notifications about new collections and special offers (such as a 10% discount on your first purchase).
  • You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" link.

2.3. Legal Obligation (Accounting)

We keep your invoice data (name, last name, address) in accordance with the legal regulations of the Republic of Croatia regarding accounting and taxes.

3. Sharing Data with Third Parties

We share your data only with partners without whom we cannot fulfill your order:

1.      Delivery Service (GLS): We share your name, address, and phone number so that your package can be successfully delivered.

2.      Card Payment Service Provider: Monri Payment Gateway, for secure transaction processing.

3.      Accounting Service: For processing documentation in accordance with the law.

4.      IT and Marketing Partners: For technical maintenance of the web store and sending newsletters

4. How long do we store your data?

We store your data only as long as necessary or as required by law:

  • Purchase and Invoice Data: In accordance with the Accounting Act, invoices and the data contained therein are kept for 11 years.
  • Delivery Data: Kept until the expiration of the limitation periods for potential legal claims (usually 5 years according to the Obligations Act), so that we can prove delivery in case of a dispute.
  • Newsletter Data: Kept until you unsubscribe (withdraw consent). After unsubscribing, your address is deleted from the recipient list, unless we are obliged to keep it based on another legal basis (e.g., if you are also a buyer).

5. Data Subject Rights

At any time, you have the right to:

  • Access your data and information on how we use it.
  • Rectify inaccurate data and restrict processing.
  • Erase data ("Right to be forgotten"), except for those we are legally obliged to retain.
  • Withdraw consent for the Newsletter (by clicking "Unsubscribe" in every email).
