Contract termination form

1.      RIGHT TO UNILATERAL CONTRACT CANCELLATION

 

1.1. The Buyer may, without stating a reason, unilaterally cancel the contract within 14 days from the date of product delivery (i.e., from the date the shipment was received).

1.2. In order to exercise this right, the Buyer is required to submit a notice of cancellation to the Seller on a durable medium (via mail or email).

1.3. The Seller will confirm receipt of the notice via email without delay.

1.4. In case of contract cancellation, the Buyer shall bear only the direct costs of returning the goods (postage). The Seller will refund the funds after the goods are returned in proper (unworn and undamaged) condition or after receiving indisputable proof that the goods have been sent back.

    This provision applies to all returns, including returns from the Republic of Croatia and abroad. The Buyer independently organizes the return of the product to the Seller and bears all costs associated with return shipping.

     For returns from countries outside the European Union, the Buyer also bears any costs associated with customs procedures or other charges incurred during the return of the goods.
