Contract termination form

1.      RIGHT TO UNILATERALLY TERMINATE THE CONTRACT

 

1.1. The Buyer may, without stating a reason, unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days from the date of product delivery (i.e., from the date the shipment was received).

 

1.2. To exercise this right, the Buyer must send a notice of termination to the Seller on a durable medium (via mail or email).

 

1.3. The Seller will confirm receipt of the notice via email without delay.

 

1.4. In case of contract termination, the Buyer shall bear only the direct costs of returning the goods (postage). The Seller will refund the funds after the goods are returned in proper (unworn and undamaged) condition or after receiving undeniable proof that the goods have been sent back.
