Delivery and shipping

Delivery

The seller, in agreement with the buyer, sends the goods via a delivery service not organized by the seller. We deliver via the courier service GLS, to the buyer's address or to a parcel locker of their choice.

The buyer can contact the seller if they wish for delivery to be organized differently.

Delivery time

The delivery time is 5 to 7 working days.

After the expiration of 2 (two) days from the announced delivery date, the buyer is obliged to inform the seller about the non-delivery of the shipment so that the reason can be determined and necessary steps can be taken.

If the buyer (or the recipient specified in the order) does not pick up the shipment from the delivery person, the shipment is returned to the seller.
