RULES OF THE "3 PRIZES. 3 STORIES." CONTEST

1. Organizer

The organizer of the prize contest is Trgovački obrt KLARA, Obala dr. Ante Starčevića 29, 20210 Cavtat, OIB: 97145140010 (hereinafter: Organizer).

The prize contest is conducted via Klara Jewelry's official Facebook and Instagram profiles.

2. Contest Duration

The prize contest runs from August 24, 2026, to August 30, 2026.

Applications received after the specified deadline will not be considered.

Winners will be announced on August 31, 2026, on Klara Jewelry's official Facebook and Instagram profiles.

3. Who can participate?

All adult natural persons residing in the Republic of Croatia may participate in the prize contest.

Participation is free and not conditional on product purchase.

Employees of the Organizer, persons directly involved in the organization or implementation of the contest, and members of their immediate families may not participate in the contest.

4. How to participate?

To participate, you need to:

• follow the official Klara Jewelry profile on Facebook or Instagram where the person is participating
• leave an answer in the comment section below the official contest post to the question:
  
  "Who would you like to see open a Klara Jewelry box and why that person?"

Each participant may submit one answer.

The answer must be original and must not contain offensive, discriminatory, unlawful, or other inappropriate content, nor infringe on the rights of third parties.

The Organizer reserves the right to exclude applications found to be fake, automated, copied, submitted via fake profiles, or otherwise contrary to these rules.

5. Prizes

The Organizer awards a total of 3 equally valuable Klara Jewelry prizes.

Prizes cannot be exchanged for money or any other monetary equivalent.

Each winner can win one prize.

6. Winner Selection

Winners are not determined by random drawing.

After the contest ends, the answers will be reviewed by a commission appointed by the Organizer.

The commission will select three winning answers according to predefined criteria:

• creativity of the answer – 40 %
• originality of the answer – 40 %
• relevance of the answer to the contest theme and question – 20 %

Each member of the commission evaluates the submitted answers according to the stated criteria, and the three answers with the highest total score will be declared winners.

In case of a tie in scores, the answer with a higher creativity score will have priority, followed by originality.

The commission's decision is final.

7. Announcement and Contacting Winners

Winners will be announced via Klara Jewelry's official Facebook and/or Instagram profiles, stating the username of the profile from which they participated.

The Organizer will also send winners a private message from the official Klara Jewelry profile.

The winner must contact the Organizer within 5 days of receiving the notification and provide the necessary information for prize delivery or collection.

If the winner does not respond within the specified period, the Organizer may award the prize to the next highest-rated participant according to the commission's results.

8. Prize Collection

The method of prize delivery or collection will be agreed upon individually with the winners.

The cost of regular prize delivery within the Republic of Croatia is borne by the Organizer.

The Organizer is not responsible for inability to deliver caused by incorrect or incomplete data provided by the winner.

9. Personal Data

The Organizer will process the personal data of participants and winners solely for the purpose of conducting the prize contest, selecting and contacting winners, and delivering or collecting prizes.

Winners may be asked for their first and last name, delivery address, phone number, and/or email address, solely to the extent necessary to fulfill the prize.

Data will not be used for marketing purposes without a proper legal basis.

Detailed information on personal data processing is available in the Privacy Policy on the Organizer's website.

By participating in the contest, the participant agrees that, in the event of winning a prize, the Organizer may publish their Facebook or Instagram username for the purpose of announcing the contest results.

10. Facebook and Instagram

This prize contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.

By participating in the contest, each participant confirms that they release Facebook and Instagram from liability related to the organization and implementation of this contest.

Facebook and Instagram are not responsible for the organization, implementation, winner selection, or prize awarding.

11. Acceptance of Rules

By participating in the prize contest, the participant confirms that they are familiar with these rules and accept them.

The Organizer reserves the right to exclude any participant who does not comply with these rules.

In the event of circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer that prevent the contest from being conducted as planned, the Organizer reserves the right to postpone or discontinue the contest, with timely notification to participants through its official channels.

12. Final Provisions

These rules will be publicly available on the Organizer's website throughout the duration of the prize contest.

The rules come into effect on August 24, 2026.
